    Hi,

    I’m having a lot of issues when trying to change/update my email collection module.

    I’ve changed providers from SendinBlue to Getresponce but when I change the service to Getreponce and press save/ continue to next page I just get a grey circle and it doesn’t save the changes.

    Please, can you help really need to get this sorted.

    I trust you’re doing well!

    I could not reproduce the same issue on my end. Would you please run a quick check for a conflict with another plugin or theme?

    Deactivate all other plugins, besides Hustle and test an opt-in can be saved. If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.

    Hi Nastia,

    Thanks for getting back to me. I’m using the latest version of WordPress and the Illdy theme. It all used to work fine only changes that have been made since are a few add-ons added/removed.

    As requested I deactivated all the new add-ons one by one to test. I still have the same issue it won’t let me press “continue” just round circle of doom!

    Not sure what to try next?

    I did just try and remove/delete the Hustle addon but it seems to not completely remove all the settings as after reinstalling the addon original popups still show.

    Update:

    I removed all the add-ons and found out Anti-Spam by CleanTalk was causing me issues. The addon now lets me change/edit which is great. However, I now have a slightly different issue (but not sure if its addon or provider).

    When I submit the form I get “bad response” I’m using Getreponse as my email service. I’ve connected the API and selected the list. I’ve also tried a new API token and a new list but still the same issue.

    So at the moment, I can collect email addresses but can’t use any other fields like names i get the error mentioned above.

    The reply from getresponse:

    Ready integration should “translate” custom fields id’s to names for you.

    I checked that the integration you are referring to was not created by
    GetResponse. GetResponse has available-to-all API documentation which many
    third party services use to create their own integrations, however, these
    parties do not involve us in the creating process.

    If you have any questions on how to use the third party software
    integration, please contact them for support, or use any popular search
    engine for tips.

    Unfortunately, we cannot offer you assistance with managing external
    services, as this is beyond the scope of our help.

    Sent you an email @wpmudev-support6 but no reply yet? Really want to get this resolved asap as I’m currently on a 30day trial with GetResponce but haven’t had a chance to use it properly.
