why isnt there a wordpress help call line!

The software is free. All the support here is free and volunteer based. How do you plan to pay to staff that phone number?

As for your question, did you recently add a plugin or hack to force your admin signons to be via SSL? I ask because I see this in your error:

Call to undefined function: force_ssl_admin()

Now, if I saw that error, I’d look at my plugins directory and delete whatever plugin I recently added that is causing the problem.

i havent downloaded any plugins though.

what do you think the best bet is for me? i would just redownload everything but then ill loose all my posts and comments and such.

Why would you lose everything? That information is stored in the database which you would backup and then restore once you have WP installed. Before you do all that though, why don’t you try deactivating all your plugins and see if it fixes the issue. If it does then reactivate them one by one until you find which one is causing problem.
