Issues removing WP Fastest Cache

Hi,
I need to remove your wonderfull plugin as I’m now using W3 with a CDN. However, even after removing the pluging from the plugin menu in WP, I still keep getting the cached index page cached by WP Fstest Cache.
How do I remove this? (I have ftp access and all)
