Issues Printing Image from Popup

Hello. So I have been able to use this plugin to accomplish most of what I need. Let me summarize what is needed. I have a page that shows a preview of different certificates which descriptions and a “View Certificate” button. When that button is clicked, the certificate image will popup along and users should be able to print. I have set it up so that the print button appears and when clicked opens the print function. However, the image is showing messed up. Firstly, its showing 3 pages with the same image and it only needs to be one page and three pages and secondly on each page the image is displaying twice in 2 different sizes apparently. I have no clue how to address this. Can anyone help?
