Issues on web site

I am being told by one support person that certain IP address need white listing. This has been done on the site and by the host. However on the SAME server there are other sites using the plugin that have no issues.

We have a valid 10 site PRO license.

I have also disabled the firewall on the site, to ensure this is not blocking.

My host as advised me this and suggest I tackle AIOSEO about the problem:-

I get virtually no response to my emails to AIOSEO and having paid $200 I believe this is bad spirit and not actually giving a valid, hopefully valuable, customer the right support.

Any advise on what is happening here?
