Issues on setting

Hi,
When setting on group and trying to add and edit session and fields, a vertical bar of copied control panel of backend appearing.
From your own website contact, no place to attach a screen shot. There are also some other problems encountered.
Since I am testing the plugin locally, so I cannot share a link here.
Or if possible, share some alternative contacting way with you.
