Issues on product pages

    Hello,

    When the plugin is activated, I have 2 issues on product pages admin:
    – the Rank Math option block is empty (only the menu appears, not the content)
    – the Product tags block is also empty (all tags associated to the product disappear from the block).

    Could you please help me to solve these issues?

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your help. I followed the troubleshooting guide, and the plugin that seems being in conflict with Rank Math is probably Content Egg. Could you please check what causes the issues and let me know what I can do?

    Glad you found the plugin causing the issue.

    Please open a new support topic with the plugin developer, they will be able to fix it for you. It could be a possible JS error.
