We’ve recently encountered an issue with the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway after disabling legacy mode. It seems that users on mobile devices are encountering difficulties when attempting to make purchases using Ideal and credit cards. Specifically, after clicking on the purchase button, there is no response or action taken.
This problem seems to be isolated to mobile devices, as desktop users are not experiencing the same issue. We’ve thoroughly tested our setup and can confirm that this issue persists across different mobile browsers.
We rely heavily on the Stripe Payment Gateway for seamless transactions, and this disruption is impacting our customer experience and sales.
