Issues logging into the WP admin dashboard

    Hello,

    We’re having trouble logging into our WordPress admin dashboard at https://nbwgaragedoors.ca/wp-login.php. The wp-login.php page doesn’t load despite thaty we have followed the below procedures and tips:

    Updated site URL. Checked .htaccess file on all possible ways. Disabled all plugins. Repaired database. Checked permissions – redirections as well. Ran the website on different PHP versions. Changed core files. Disabled ModSec.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Have you facing any problem while try to access admin via https://nbwgaragedoors.ca/wp-admin ?

    Also can u add a line of code to wp-config file define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    This code you must have to insert BEFORE /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ in the wp-config.php file.

    and check again ?

    Looks like you have a corrupted core file. Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the root wp-config.php & .htaccess files and the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folders before uploading the new ones.

    Hi there,

    Thank you guys. I did what you recommended already as mentioned but the same issue persists. https://nbwgaragedoors.ca/wp-admin redirects to when I try to connect and https://nbwgaragedoors.ca/wp-login.php throws that: https://prntscr.com/fp3dgb

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Seems the front end also blank. You said that all of the possible troubleshooting steps done already are you sure that you have did accurately ?

    Could you please enable PHP short tags? You can enable it from the php.ini file.

    Hi,

    Was blank because I just upgraded WordPress to the latest version. Everything is backup now but the login issue persists. Running on PHP 7.

    PHP short tags is on already. Thank you.

    The only thing that wasn’t done is disabling the current used theme. Because if I do so I won’t be able to re-enable it again without any access to the admin dashboard..

    Ok could you please try the same via phpmyadmin.

    If you not able to access the admin side. Please do vial phpmyadmin
    https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/wordpress/change-theme-in-db

    Take a backup of both and database before do anything.
