Issues Logging in and Viewing pages

    I have customers that are having problems with logging in, they reset their pw, and then cant get in at all. Or they reset it – go to the confidential page that they have to be logged in to see – Portal (link above) and then it says they are NOT logged in.

    This has been happening for months now. Ive been able to redirect a lot of frustration by asking them to clear cache, i turned off the limit to the # of times they can login with incorrect info and/or have backend reset their pw.

    Hi @cwarthen

    Sorry for the late response.

    Have you tried letting them log in with the default WP Login form and see if they are still having issues?
    e.g. yoursite.com/wp-login.php

    Also, does this issue occur when leaving UM as the only active plugin on your site?
