issues in w3tc: wp cron and page cache

Hi.
I have some issues with the plugin. I hope some one solves them for me.
1) Using W3TC plugin, my wp cron jobs are not working. I think it is because of Object cache or DB cache. so, what’s wrong?
2) I show date(“Y-m-d”) and a stat of number of visitors (online, today, yesterday, last week, last month) on my header and homepage. but using the plugin, the date is not updating after 00:00 AM. (I didn’t test the stat) is there anyway that I can use page cache and update my date and statics without any problem?
3) is it needed to activate database cache or object cache? it doesn’t change my website speed. database cache just caches 1 query! so am I wrong or really there is no need to these caches?
4)A question: when I publish a post, I want cache to empty automatically. Is there the option?Sorry for long questions, thanks in advance.
