@eringerm Could you please stop using these forums just to ask for an email address from the developer? All of your topics are just that going back 4 years.

These are community forums, they’re not for using to 100% of the time asking for one on one support via email. When you post your problem here then you are not just helping yourself. You are helping everyone else who has the same problem as you.

There’s no such thing as “premier” users here. If you need support then please ask publicly for support.

If you have a security issue to report for a plugin then send the details to plugins[at]www.remarpro.com and they can contact the developer of that plugin directly.

If you are a pro user of a plugin then avail yourself of support that way.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
