Issues finding Home Value API key and license key

So 2 things going on that are related:

1st issue:

I’m trying to get this plugin to work, but when I submit and check the leads on the 8bhomevalue plugin backend, the tag reads “address not found” which makes me believe that I need the Home Value Api key for it to work properly.

Every time I check the “Generate and Retrieve Key” box and save settings though, I get the message “You have previously created a Home Value API key. This key will be reused. If your key is still empty, then your server is not reachable from the Internet.” but I have no idea where to access the key. Could someone provide some insight to this please?

2nd issue:

I’m trying to purchase more home valuations but don’t know what my license key, how do we get that?
