    Hi there,

    For some reason, when I make a request on either one of my calendars, I don’t see the request come through on the backend, and I don’t get an email letting me know that a request was made. It used to work, but for some reason, now it has stopped working. Making requests works great, but it won’t go through at all on the backend.

    Hi dear user.

    What version are you using?

    Other users have such issue as well, but we checked all code of our plugin, installed the new version on different websites, but from our side everything works great. It’s very strange.

    Hi there,

    It’s version 2.3.4. I don’t understand why it still won’t take reservations for me.

    I have to manually block the calendar for people, but when people try and make requests, it says it goes through on their end, but we never receive an email to approve the request, nor does the calendar block itself off.

    Are you able to help me further?

    have the same problem! ALso I have a error messsage when making a reservation ‘Sorry There was a problem’ but strangely it does not show at every attempt !!!! It worked for months but it stopped. users told me then checked. Can you help? It is really anoying.

    Might be something with the ssl?? When I installed the plugin I used without ssl (I think but not sure)

    I have the same problem!
    No one can make a reservation anymore. Since like a week or two.

    Hi dear users.

    We finally fixed the issue. There was database error, we fixed it and updated our plugin.

    Now everything should work correctly.

    It is the same again here ?? even with the updated plugin.. Can you tell me what php veersions you guys are using ? That can be a clue! or wp versions (I am using 5.1.1) something definetelly happened few weeks or somedays ago. Must be an upgrade since many of us have the same problem. There should be a solution

    Yeah, it’s unfortunate ?? My customers haven’t been able to make any requests on my website.. I too have 5.1.1 version. Everything is updated on my end, but the plugin update that went out didn’t work, which is unfortunate. Hoping it starts working again soon!
