    If you are experiencing this specific error, and it continues after multiple connection attempts, we ask that you reach out to our team with both the email address associated with your Facebook account and your Business Manager ID. You can find this by going to the Business Manager, selecting the business you want to connect to, and checking the URL for the “business_id=” value. This information will let the Facebook team find your connection attempt in their logs. Please do not post this information in the forum.

    We are working alongside Facebook to help find a fix for each individual, in the hopes of also identifying the causes for all users who are still seeing difficulties connecting.
