    Hi,

    We just install the new updated version of Facebook for Woocommerce plugin and try to connect Woocommerce product to Facebook shop but it not working as we only got error message every time we want to connect.

    Plus we have another website that still use previous version of Facebook for Woocommerce plugin and not having any of this issues.

    Please advise on how to solve this issues.

    The problem is with Facebook for WooCommerce version 2.0 and 2.0.1.
    When i can instal the version 1.9.11, the plugin it′s ok
    You can try with this version.

    Thanks for writing in to us today! Could you confirm the error message you are receiving when trying to connect? Is it stating that “Developer Information Required“?

    Awesome, thanks for confirming! We’ve been escalated to another internal team at Facebook for them to look into this further, so every little bit of information should be a big help.

    Hi folks,

    We’ve had an update from Facebook yesterday that a change has been released for the connection application. They’re hopeful that this should resolve the problem in most cases, and have added some extra debug logging in the case of further failures.

    The recommendation is to give this another try now, and if you are still seeing failures, please do let me know along with your business ID, so I can follow up with the team to investigate further.
