• Hello we installed hreview a week ago. Normally when we release a new review its in Google within a couple of days. We redid our reviews with your plugin eg https://www.radleycollector.com/radley-streets-of-london/ already was ranked first in Google , we just wanted to add the stars to it. Since adding he plugin its totally disappeared from Google. Not on there even when we type the product name and our business name.
We used the Google checker to see what errors as you suggest and the only error that comes back is:

    hatom-feed
    hatom-entry:
Warning: At least one field must be set for HatomEntry.
    Warning: Missing required field “entry-title”.
    Warning: Missing required field “updated”.
    Warning: Missing required hCard “author”.

Can you tell us why this would ruin our ranks so quickly and for what reason? Its done it for all we have added the review to that’s been indexed since.

The plugin adds correct markups, that’s what the Google Rich Snippets Tools tell you, but it’s up to Google to show the rating in search results or take it off.

Also, it’s up to Google to drop your ranking, this has nothing to do with markup, think about other things like quality, competition…etc.

The warnings you see aren’t relevant to the plugin markup by any way.

Always, make sure you are showing the full Rating Box, a couple of members reported that Google took off their star rating because of hidden markups. (so please, don’t use the option to hide the Rating Box, just show it for your readers).
