Issues after updating: H2 / H3 titles disappeared

  • Hello,

    I have some problems after the last update:

    1. All H2 titles are disappeared (see all h2 titles on a link)
    2. Some H3 titles are disappeared (see FAQ section on a link)

    Can you please help me to make it work asap again?

    We have gone through your URL and did not find anything related to TOC. Can you please share a short video of it for reference purposes? And also we have re-created this at our end and it’s perfectly working on our end without any issues. Please share a short video, So that we will go through it and get back to you immediately.

    thank you for your reply. I have created a screenshot of the TOC table:

    So as you see there are no H2 title at all and some H3 title are also not showing (no H3 title from the FAQ section at all).

    Please check it asap, it is very important for me.

    If possible can you go through our technical support tab from the settings panel as it will be more helpful for us to solve the issue ASAP!.

    I try to send the message from the support tab, but after click on “Send Support Request” happens nothing.
