I recently updated my Tutor related all plugins and theme, and as soon as I updated, I started facing many issues.

NOTE: I am using the free version of tutor LMS.

    1. After updating my header, my logo is showing much smaller than before. I tried to change the size of the logo, but it didn’t work.

    2. Before the update,?I was able to enrol a student manually using the add?user option, and enrol them with a single course, now when I am adding the users, I can’t enrol them with a course, however they are able to login to the dashboard?but no course enrollment/no access to the course.

    Please help me with this.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details of the issues you’re facing.

    1. Logo Display Issue: It’s possible that the issue may be due to cached data. Could you try clearing your browser cache and the cache on your website, if you have any caching plugins enabled? This often resolves such display issues.
    2. Manual Enrollment Issue: The specified feature is part of the Tutor LMS Pro. However, this forum is only for free products.

If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out!

    Thank you for your response!

I cleared the browser cache, and I am using Litespeed cache and cleared the cache for that as well. (Clicking on Purged all option)

But still didn’t work. Before the theme update, it was working fine.

I am trying to upload the bigger logo, but I think there is something to do with the retina part. As soon as I upload the retina logo, it gets smaller. If I leave the retina part empty, will it effect my website user experience from different devices?

And last question, if I roll back to the previous version of Tutor theme and don’t update to the new one, will it effect my web? Because, as I mentioned before the update site was working fine, and I tried to roll back to the previous version and issue resolved, but once again I updated the theme, thinking this time issue would be resolved, but still I am facing the same.

    Hi,

Thank you for getting back to us with additional details!

If you choose to roll back to the previous version of the theme, the functionality and design of your site will return to how it was before the update. However, I strongly recommend taking a full backup of your site before rolling back, to ensure that you can restore it if anything goes wrong during the process.

Regarding the retina logo: leaving the retina logo field empty can affect the user experience on high-resolution devices, as it may cause the logo to appear blurry or improperly scaled. To resolve the issue, I recommend uploading a retina logo that matches the correct dimensions of your regular logo.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

    Best regards,
    Maizul

I have the website backup in my hosting account. For now I am going to roll back and will wait for another new update, and if it will be compatible, I’ll update the theme.

    Thanks for clearing things up.

Hello I am facing the same issue.

Once I hit the ENROLL NOW button, the page refreshes but nothing happens. Only a ?nocache=XXX parameter added to the url. Is there any fix for this? It is a problem because we cannot add a manual enrollment with the free version. If the fix is to downgrade the plugin, to which version should we downgrade it? Is there any way to enrol the users to a course while we fix this issue?

    Thanks,

    Hello @albertsauque,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Based on the description, it seems this might be a caching plugin conflict. Could you please try temporarily deactivating any caching plugins you might be using and check if this resolves the issue? Sometimes, these plugins can interfere with dynamic actions on the site, such as enrollment processes.

Let me know how it goes or if you need further assistance.
