Issues after setting up ReCaptcha v3

Tried setting up ReCaptcha V3 – as soon as I implemented it, and tested the form, I kept getting the following error:
“Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”
As soon as I removed the captcha keys, the form worked fine again.
I see there are many others with v3 issues so just adding my issue in case that may help problem solve. Thanks!
