Issues after having bought 2 add-ons from Thimpress.

  • Hello,

    On October 5th 2015, I bought 2 of your add-ons “Links Finder source for Pipes” and “TextSpinner for Pipes” (Order #32734, €29,98 EUR) paid by Paypal.

    1. Until now, both those products still do not appear in my account on thimpress.com. Why?

    2. I sent you an email (at [email protected]) explaining that I have tried “TextSpinner for Pipes” with French language, it works but the spinned texts are very very bad in French! French people cannot understand those spinned texts at all ??

    And having asked you for changing “TextSpinner for Pipes” to another plugin (for example “Blogger/Blogspot destination for Pipes”).

    But you still haven’t replied to me yet.

    Could you please kindly check the point 1 and reply to me (the point 2)?

    1. Please visit https://thimpress.com/my-account/ for checking again your products. Or tell me the username of thimpress.com

    2. The TextSpinner processor works base on the synonym library. It will find and replace the available words, it can not check the grammar. And we also provided the way for defining your own synonyms.

    I asked Mr.Tuan but he can not find your email. So could you tell me your email address.
