    Hi there,

We are using WP Rocket to optimize our page. But after activating WP Rocket, the captions only appears if the user is logged in. How can we fix this?

Besides this, the newest release 5.1.9 doesn`t work; the captions disappears for all users, so we have go back to version 5.1.7 which works the best with Divi Builder and the plugin Divi Torque Lite to create image carousels.

    Hey @lebensweltenwanderin! ??

Could you please update to the latest version 5.2.0 to see if you are still experiencing any issues? Also, make sure to delete or disable the lightbox cache from the settings so the captions are rewritten if needed. If this issue is related to a third-party plugin, please temporarily disable that plugin as well.

The new update should address this, but to ensure everything is running smoothly, please disable output buffering if it’s on and see if that helps. Thanks!

Unfortunately, the issue is still there, even after the update to version 5.2.0. I disabled the cache and the output buffering in the settings, but that doesn`t help. It only appears if the plugin WP Rocket is enabled and the user is not logged in (which of course most of our users aren’t). Is there any cookie ID that we have to set in the setting of WP Rocket?

We had fixed WP Rocket issue but unfortunately, it doesn`t solved the problem with the captions: Every version after 5.1.7 doesn’t show the captions anymore – not for logged in users, not for guests. So, we can’t update the plugin at the moment. When will this be fixed? Our theme is Divi and we use the Divi Image Carousel from Divi Torque Lite Plugin (DiviEpic). It works fine until version 5.1.7

Unfortunately, we haven’t any answer yet. The plugin doesn’t work anymore, so we have to delete it and looking for an alternative. It’s a pity, but that’s how it is.
