issues after 2.5 upgrade

@dannydekr If you have a test copy of your site on your local machine, could upgrade to the 2.6 plugin, or if you already have it, delete and redownload it? The not-loading problem should be fixed but I want to make sure it works before it rolls out to everyone.

@glenn Nelson, @mwinyi have you found a callback code to run the “simple lightbox” plugin?
