    Hi, I have a few issues….
    1. In store settings I have chosen the url of the store page, but nothing is showing on the page.

    2. when i click the download link next to the track, it just takes you to a fullscreen page to listen to the track and does not download

    3. Is there a way to see how many people have downloaded the track?

    4. How can i display recent tracks on the homepage?
    Hope you can help

    Hi,

    Answering to your questions:

Q: In store settings I have chosen the url of the store page, but nothing is showing on the page.

A: The URL in the store’s settings is used to insert a link in the songs’ pages to return to the store’s page. However, you should insert the shortcode in the store’s page, similar to:

    [music_store columns=3]

Q: when i click the download link next to the track, it just takes you to a fullscreen page to listen to the track and does not download

A: Your website sends the headers of the songs as audio files, and leaves to the browsers to decide about the action to take, however, if you want force the download, please, follows the instructions in the link below:

Q: Is there a way to see how many people have downloaded the track?

A: You can filter the free downloads from the sales reports. Enter a date interval, and tick the choice: “List only the products downloaded for free”

Q: How can i display recent tracks on the homepage?

A: If you are using the pro version of the plugin it is possible to insert the “Music Store Products List” widget, and select the choice to display the newest songs. Or if you are using a static page as homepage, it is possible to insert a shortcode to display the songs list.

    Please, visit the following link:

    Best regards.
