    Also – all javascript on all pages that do not have the form on it – have stopped working!

    Hello JPWilkinson,

    Thanks for using this plugin.

    1) Text that I entered to be displayed when submit is clicked – is not being used. A different “canned” response is being shown – and is above and pushing the page down. I need the form to be replaced with the message text I have entered.

    Comment : Can you provide site link.so we can check your issue.

    2) In the database, the info for the website address and telephone number and subject of message, are not being captured either in the page view, nor in the export users document.

    Comment : I think it is conflicting with other java script.
