Issues 1.5 version

Other issues:
– Likes is not registering, but appear in activity without topic and forum titles;
– How it is not registering, if load topic is possible to vote again;
– Strange strings appearing at top of plugins page;
– Likes logs show nothing.

I may need some extra information to understand what is causing the issues.

Did you upgrade the plugin from another previous version, or installed from scratch?

Which versions of WordPress and bbPress, BuddyPress are you using?

Do you receive any errors when interacting with the plugin?

Please update to version 1.5.1 to get rid of the messages on the plugins page.

Hi Jordi,

I upgraded plugin from 1.4 version.
Using versions: WordPress 3.9, bbPress 2.5.4, BuddyPress 2.0.1.
Apparently no errors, except strings appearing at top of plugin’s page.

I will update to 1.5.1 to test it. Thanks for your help! ??

Yes, there’s no messages on plugin’s page anymore. Other issues are still there, so, for now I will downgrade to 1.4 to continue registering readers likes.

The WordPress repository shows up 1.5 but is actually pointing to the updated 1.5.1 version:

After your last response I’m not sure which issues are you having with the latest version.

I didn’t receive any other reports from users with the same problems, but I would like to have a look at your case.

Hi Jordi, thanks for your response!

I inspected code using console and problem is: data-post=”0″. Because it likes are not registering. On version 1.4 this problem don’t exists, data-post was getting post ID. My template is the same. I tried another installation without other plugins and problems are still there.

Maybe the problem is the way I am using your plugin, cause I’m using lead topics, so I put code bbp_like_button() into my template (it was working at 1.4 version). This code I’m using just on lead topic, I also try: bbp_like_button($post->ID) and bbp_like_button(bbp_topic_id()).
