Issue with Youtube videos

  • We have youtube videos in our slider however they all show as “this video is unavailable”. Is there a solution to this?

  • Hi,

    Apparently YouTube has updated their API which no longer accepts the playlist parameter and fails when it’s there. We have updated our code to work with the YouTube’s latest API update.

    Updating MetaSlider to its latest version should fix the YouTube issue.

    We have version Version 3.21.0 . Is there a newer version?

    I still have this issue on V 3.23.4. Is these an updat/fix?

    MetaSlider’s YouTube slide is a pro version. You will need to update your MetaSlider Pro to Version 2.18.3

    I have the ‘MetaSlider – Pro Add-on Pack’ installed and updated to the latest version

    But it’s only version 2.7.1

    I’m afraid you’d have to update it to the latest version since the code that’s running on the earlier pro versions are not supported by YouTube anymore.

    It doesn’t give me an ability to update. Do I need to purchase the license once again for the update?

    You will be needing to have an active license in order for you to receive updates from MetaSlider
