    Hello!
could please help me with the following issue?

After updating my wordpress and my plugins, yoast started giving this error, when trying to edit the snippet: https://i.imgur.com/NbeijLa.png

I Have tracked it down to a compatibility problem with the AMP For WordPress plugin.
However, I cannot disable that since it is vital for my client’s website.

The console error reads as you can see here: https://i.imgur.com/7oXwVlI.png.

    My setup is as follows:
    Wordpress 5.5.1
    AMP for wordpress – 2.0.5
    Yoast Seo 15.1.1

    Thank you!

@arafail We’re sorry to hear you are experiencing this error. Unfortunately we we weren’t able to replicate this issue using Yoast SEO 15.1.1 and Amp for WordPress 2.0.5.

If you only using Yoast SEO and Amp for WordPress on the site and no other plugins, it’s possible the error is being caused by the theme so we would next recommend performing a conflict check to determine whether the theme is interfering with the Yoast plugin. The fastest way to do this is to?deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme?like?Twenty Nineteen.?Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check?without affecting normal visitors to your site.
