Issue with wrong status codes for non-xml versions of inactive sitemap types

Hi there,

using the plugin, a weird issue occurs for me. Based on my plugin settings (sitemaps restricted to pages and one custom type), the following URLs should not exist and respond with a 404 response code

https://example.org/site.xml/
https://example.org/taxonomy_portfolio_entries.xml/
https://example.org/taxonomy_category.xml/

Yet, these URLs will return a status code 200 and show a regular category template with posts.

I am not sure if these URLs are supposed to do anything if the respective sitemap options are enables. But if the plugin is set to inactive, the URLs will return a 404 as expected.

Can anyone else confirm this issue and suggestions how to solve this?
