Issue with writing cache files in my server

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
In Performance>Install there are Rewrite Rules (based on active settings). you should manually add those rules to .htaccess file/files
As the notification suggests, it seems that your hosting provider (Parallel Web Cloud Services) does not allow or blocked writing to .htaccess.
After inspecting your website I can see that minify files are created in wp-content/cache/minify. Are you still experiencing the issue?

I confirmed from hosting providers, .htaccess is writable.
I think cache files are now generating but no improvements even after caching+minify with CSS and JS minify and other required settings done.
Can you please help me via analyzing my website https://www.gearknowledge.com that what else will it need to perform well.

As you can see the score and the loading speed is very good.
However, most issues are coming from external files (Files and resources coming from the server other than yours). W3 Total Cache cannot handle those files as they are not on your server.

this image takes 1.61s to load.
To sum up, you need to minimize your redirects and the external resources loading on your website.

Should I remove that CDN? Please suggest.

No, you should not remove it from the CDN. However, I would suggest you using Stackpath as a CDN option to serve static files from the CDN and you can also enable it via the W3 Total Cache CDN option.
You can check more about Stackpath CDN in Performance>Dashboard and Signup if you choose to do so.

I am just curious about the pricing of Stackpath.
In Shift8 CDN they are giving it free Up to 1TB Bandwidth per month.
Only after that, I have to buy resources.
have you any idea about the pricing of Stackpath?
