    All:

I am running into an issue that I have simply can’t seem to get my arms around…

I currently have 7 users and 17 sites in my network. Most of them are simply test sites. I have installed the WPMU Recent Posts Widget in the sidebar of my homepage, with the hope to pull and display the latest posts from the network. However, strangely enough, this is not working across my network.

The behavior I am seeing is that only certain blogs are being pulled into the widget. There does not seem to be any clear reason why one or another blog shows up in the list, as some of the test blogs I created as the admin are not being culled, and other posts, made by ‘non-admins’ are being displayed in the widget.

    Thanks in advance…

    David

  • Having not used this plugin, I can only take a shot in the dark (hopefully someone else will come along that has a better suggestion).

Is it possible that the blogs that are not being pulled into the widget are set to be hidden from search engines?

    Curtiss –

Thanks! I have not been able to 100% verify your answer, but i did check the settings of some of hte blogs that did not show up…one with entries WAS set to private, and changing that setting DID have them show up!!!

So, I am comfortable that this was indeed the issue!

Thanks again…I have at least addressed one of my stumbling blocks…
