    Hi, I am using both Woocommerce-SendinBlue Add-on and the WordPress for SendinBlue plugins and all was working fine until 4/5/2022. That is the date of the last email logged with WP Mail Logging plugin. There has been many emails sent since then, they just haven’t been logged. I found the issue to be the Woocommerce-SendinBlue Add-on plugin. When I deactivate the plugin, mail is logged with WP Mail Logging. It works fine with the SendinBlue for WordPress plugin. Please help me fix this issue, as I need to have a log of emails WordPress sends out and your plugins don’t have this feature.

    Thanks for contacting us !

    It seems that you are using more than two SMTP relay on your website, which creates conflicts issue.
    By deactivating the Woocommerce-Sendinblue Add-on plugin, you also deactivate the SMTP of Sendinblue. Thus, you are using only one SMTP relay, which is why it’s working fine.

    The solution would be using only one SMTP relay, either the Sendinblue SMTP or WP Mail Loggin plugin SMTP.

    @alexisbienayme,

    WP Mail Logging plugin does not send emails or use a SMTP. It only logs emails sent through WordPress or WooCommerce. The only SMTP I use is the SendinBlue WooCommerce add-on plugin, so I don’t think this is the problem. These plugins were working fine together before April. Was there an update in April or March that could have caused the issue?
