Issue with WP 3.1.2 and formatting in admin?

I’m getting a strange visual/layout problem in the Options Tree screens in WP 3.1.2:

https://friskdesign.com/misc/wp-opttree-301.pngI’m not sure if this is a problem with my particular setup, or if others are seeing this.
Firebug seems to show that in WP 3.1.2 the jQuery UI plugin is adding extra styles to the Options Tree UL and LI…? Is there a way of easily overriding this?
