I am trying to debug an issue with the WordPress app on Andoid phones. With my site it generates an “invalid term ID” error on posting (I’m not the only one who has come accross this issue). To try and debug, I created a bare-bones install of wordpress and then added my plugins one by one and confirgured them identically to my main site. After each plugin was installed I have posted successfully from the app. The last plugin on the list (its always the last!!) was WP Fastest Cache. I installed and configured it identically to my main site and when tested the post failed with the “invalid term ID” message. I deactivated the plug-in but the posts keep failing. I have deleted the post and the errors still occur. Question: Does the Fastest Cache plugin leave anything behind when deleted? Do you have any advice for removing any residual settings, caches etc? May thanks in anticipation…

Update: completely deleteing the WP Fastest Cache plugin has had no effect either – post still all fail from the Android app.

It means that the problem is not caused by WPFC.
