    Hi @umayralom!

It sounds like your theme or another plugin might not play nicely with the recent updates you have made, and is now causing some conflict.

The blank page is usually indicative of memory exhaustion or PHP timeout error, so as a first step, I would recommend you work through the following article and then come back and let us know if that helps resolve anything:

I found the issue with the blank page, it was with a plugin called Review X. But the coupon field issue is still there and it’s nothing to do with my plugins.

    Hi @umayralom,

    Thanks for updating us.

Checking your site today, it seems that you disabled the coupons.

Nonetheless, if you’d want to explore the issue further, enable the coupons (WooCommerce > Settings > General) and check if the coupons are shown when you only have a default theme like Twenty Twenty or with the Storefront theme + WooCommerce plugin active.

I don’t want to disable anything as last time I did it I nearly damaged my site ??. Is it possible to add in some code anywhere to force the ‘Have you got a coupon?’ field to appear?

    Thanks for getting back.

The coupon field should appear automatically (no additional code required) on the cart and checkout pages when you enable Coupons from WooCommerce → Settings → General

Just to be safe, perhaps you could try doing the test on a staging site. I could recommend using the WP Staging plugin for your staging site.

Once you have the staging site set up, only activate a default theme and WooCommerce and then enable coupons. Check if the coupon field is displayed on cart/checkout pages.

Let us know how it goes.
