• Hi,

I seem to be having an issue with this plugin now allowing the credit card 3-digit code on the back to be validated in the check out process through WooCommerce.

We changed the payment gateway using 2 different plugins, both still didn’t work with the wp-member plugin activated. Once we deactivated your plugin, everything went through.

Can you look into this issue to determine what is going on?

Our browser console on the this checkout page gave us this error message:

“Uncaught ReferenceError: validate_cvv is not defined”

The site in question is https://www.edcojewelry.com/

Do we need to add an “action” to your .php file to call that validation?

Email me privately if you need admin access and I will PM you login credentials.

    Thanks,

    Hi Andrew,

It seems strange to me that the plugin would cause any issues with the WooCommerce checkout process (which is what it sounds like you are saying). Also, that sounds like a javascript error? WP-Members does not use any js on the front end of the site. I would check to make sure that you have any custom fields defined correctly (i.e. field meta_name is what it should be).
