    I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I’ve been experiencing with the WooCommerce plugin since the last update, which occurred over 2 months ago on 2/16/2024 (Version 8.6.1). Since then, I’ve encountered significant difficulties with the plugin’s functionality, particularly regarding its integration with Printful.

    Prior to the update, I had been successfully synchronizing products with Printful without any issues. However, after the update, the synchronization process has been consistently failing, and I’ve been encountering numerous errors in the error logs.

    I’ve attempted various troubleshooting steps, including reaching out to Printful support and my hosting provider, as well as deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and Printful. Despite these efforts, the issue persists, and I’m unable to restore the previous level of functionality.

    This issue has significantly impacted my ability to manage my online store effectively and has caused frustration and inconvenience. I’m reaching out to the community in the hopes of finding a solution or receiving guidance on how to address this issue.

    Could you please send us the specific error messages you’re seeing in your logs? This will greatly assist in identifying the root cause of the issue.

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
