• We’ve recently got some complaints by customers. Adding a product to the cart took very long, and it wasn’t put in the the cart, so that they weren’t able to finish the purchase. I tested it and could confirm the problem. Disabling WP Fastest Cache did resolve the problem.

This is weird, since the plugin was activated a couple of weeks ago with no problems whatsoever. This is a major issue, since we don’t know if, how and when this problem might occur again.

Is this a known issue with wp nonce? I changed the settings as described here. However, we’ve never had this problem using WP Rocket or Cache Enabler.

We’ve just found out that we missed a whole day (!) in our shop. Not a single order was processed, yesterday. We don’t use advanced settings like minimizing JS or CSS. The only additional setting is GZIP. I checked the file system. It is most likely that 2 updates caused the trouble. However, both plugins don’t have any effect on product pages or the cart page. While this has never happened before, I don’t blame WP Fastest Cache. It’s probably just a weird coincidence. I rather blame myself for being too naive. I clear the cache after updating shop-related plugins. In this case I would never have thought that such an effect would be possible. Is there a setting for automatically clear the cache after updating plugins or the theme?

    Thank you!
