We have a woo-commerce store and a very strange issue with 700+ products and 1000± variations.

Last week we detect an issue that in one product the variation isn’t showing in checkout variations was i40 when I add space it 1 40 then it showing correctly.

Today we detect another issue the issue was that in one ABC in some order’s the variations aren’t showing to the store manager and in some order, with the same products it’s showing even I made a test order and variation is showing.

Now they don’t know what we need to deliver to customers and they are receiving continuous orders one after another.

If anyone knows the solution please mention in the comment sections.

Hi there,

Admittedly I don’t fully understand the issue here – are you saying that variations aren’t showing in the order notification emails, on the order overview page or is it a case a spacing not working as it should?

Can you share a screenshot that highlights the issue in more detail as well as a direct link to the product in question?

Hi @iiamhamxa

Could you share a copy of your site’s System Status Report? You can find it by going to your admin Dashboard and select WooCommerce → Status.

From there, select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

Hi @iiamhamxa. Sorry that we missed your last response.

Usually issues like these, especially when they are intermittent, are caused by a caching plugin. I noticed that you have WP-Optimize installed. Can you make sure that the Cart, Checkout and My Account pages are exempt from caching and see if that resolves the issue?
