    Dear Royal Elementor Addons Support Team,

    I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with the Woo Grid/Slider/Carousel module in your Elementor Addons package.

    I am using the module to display products on my website. However, I have encountered a problem with the ‘Out Of Stock’ option. Despite selecting this option to ensure that out-of-stock items are not displayed, these items continue to appear in the grid/slider/carousel on my website.

    Could you please provide assistance in resolving this? It is crucial for the functionality of my website that only in-stock items are displayed. If there are any additional settings or steps that I need to follow, please advise.

    At first, thank you for choosing our plugin and service.

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well.

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
