• Hi,
I am running a website which is struggling with load speed issue. I discussed with this issue with my developer and hosting provider as well.
If you check my URL with website GTmatrix (Insite the Waterfall tab), there are 3 files which are causing this issue. One of them is admin-ajax file. It is taking more than 8seconds.
After disscusion with hosting side and developer I came to a solutin that installing Heartbeat plugin will help me in this issue.
I Instaled this issue but it hardly affects performance of the website. My website is still taking too much time to load beacuse of his file.
Please help me to handle this issue.
    My website URL is: https://topadnetworks.com

In the waterfall at https://gtmetrix.com/reports/topadnetworks.com/hwBbTmDe your biggest problem appears to be the /wp-content/plugins/Tevolution/tevolution-ajax.php file.

In the waterfall at https://www.webpagetest.org/result/170414_Z8_61JX/ your biggest problem appears to be the /wp-content/plugins/Tevolution/tevolution-ajax.php file again, and /wp-content/plugins/si-captcha-for-wordpress/captcha/securimage_show.php

Overall, the slowness appears to be because those files aren’t loading, and that’s just how long the browser (or test) takes to give up, based on the fact that these two tests have largely different load times but both fail the same way.

In this case, since it’s highlighted by both reports, I recommend starting with support for the Tevolution plugin, since it’s entirely possible that the whole situation will improve when that’s fixed: https://templatic.com/contact/

@james: In this report tevolotion ajax file is takng 1.5 sec while admin-ajax is taking 13.6 sec.
I thing website is slow bcz of admin-ajax. your opinion?

It’s a bit hard to tell based on where it is in the waterfall. It could just be an artifact of other elements interfering.

Additionally, if it were admin-ajax, I’d expect we would be seeing a lot more similar reports.

Is there any improvement if the Templatic plugin is deactivated?

    Hi ??
I have tested your website speed using Webpage test .org
    https://www.webpagetest.org/result/170527_QM_8M9/
and I can see that you have a problem in your caching!
Did you install any caching plugin? like W3 or WP Super Cache (I love this one more)

You can also check this video and please get back to me if you need any more help !
