Issue with Web Stories Image Uploads Since April 26th

    I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I’ve been encountering with uploading images to our web stories platform since April 26th.

    Despite attempting to resize the images, I’m still unable to upload them successfully. Interestingly, while I can upload images to the general media library, I’ve noticed that none of these images appear in the web stories media library.

    I’ve tried troubleshooting on my end, but unfortunately haven’t been able to resolve the issue.

    Could you please provide guidance or assistance on how to address this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi there! Happy to assist with your topic here. Could you share a few more details?

    1. Who is your hosting provider
    2. Could you check what your image size settings are under WP > Settings > Media
    3. Have you verified that the image is not larger than 2560 pixels???If you are able to share the image, I would be willing to test this out with my wp install test environment.
    4. Have you looked into your server configuration, or if there are any size limitation under your hosting account

    Unfortunately, we can only look at your site from the outside so perhaps you could try to consult your?hosting?provider?to debug the details of your installation and the issue with certain images not loading.
