    Hello, there is an issue with wait time feature and return , I just noticed while doing some testing , when a user or potential customer select return for transfer type and add a wait time, instead of adding the time, it’s subtracting it- so if the customer set pick up for the 9th 1:30 a.m pick up, 2 hour wait time and return transfer type, it auto set return date to 8th 11:30 p.m …..

    Also how can customer set custom return date or time?

    How can admin add custom wait time and transfer type or modify existing

    Like a subscription ….

    How can we notify passengers when driver is close or arrived?

    also are there any endpoints?

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Here are the clarifications:

    1. The wait time is calculated after the booking starts. For example, if a taxi is booked at 7:00 AM from A to C, and there’s a 2-hour break at point B, this is considered the wait time, during which the booked car waits for you. The waiting hour feature can hold the time for specific needs. This waiting time exception is on your journey time.
    2. We do have an option to enable the return date.
    3. There’s no option to add custom wait times or transfer types.
    4. We are working on a driver panel, including notification features for passengers when the driver is nearby. This will be available in a future release.

    Thanks, ok but you do understand what I’m saying with the issue that’s occurring with wait time, it’s still not being calculated correctly for instance check here https://riodrivers.com,

    Its subtracting time- so If I book on the 9th at 1 a.m. with 3 hr wait time with return, during checkout it will say my return date is 8th 10 p.m. and that’s not possible as it’s already the 9th when I booked.

    also now gathering from what you mention above , for clarification based on what you described in 1. that should be changed to something like -“stops during trip” or something , and wait time should be for return transfer,

    As it stand I believe it would confuse the passenger without them knowing that in this case wait time is for any stops along the way, in that case ,

    what if I only have to stop at the store along the way or the gas station or fast food, that won’t take a hour and in some cases how would I know in advance during booking…. also what about spontaneous stops

    Also I’m on working on mobile apps(Drivers, Passengers, Deliveries, Shipments, Dispatch) that will communicate with all of this that was the reasoning for me asking about endpoints,
