issue with vivawallet payment plugin

    At checkout when a user doesn’t consent an the banner … if he choose vivawallet payment gateway with card and clicks to the send the order ..instead of redirecting to the bank gateway, the screen freezes and the bank gateway doesn’t open . It Stays in thiw status there forever…. pls help

    I’m sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried putting Complianz in Safe Mode (Tools > Support) to check if there’s any conflict even in that case? If it works, it usually means there’s some incompatibility with a service or plugin. You could start by disabling the WooCommerce integration under Integrations > Plugins.
