Issue with version 3

My site is avelim.co.il

I am running WordPress 3.5.1

On desktop computers the site uses the Weaver 2.2.6 theme
On mobile the theme used is Yoko

The switching between the themes is done by the plugin Mobile Smart

I configured in Use Any Font to assign an uploaded font to h1 h2.

This worked very well on both themes till version 2.1

When I upgraded to version 3.0, the fonts where only displayed on the Weaver theme but stopped appearing on the Yoko theme. I deleted the plugin and installed version 2.1 and things went back to normal. Can you please fix this?
