Issue with verification

  • I have activated the plugin on my site and when viewing the member’s page to see the verification symbol, the page’s content seems to be off. Everything shifted not showing as i haven’t activated the plugin.

    I have also changed the styles of the verification, placed it only in specific places and the issue still remains.

    Yes, i am using Buddyboss.

    I swear there was issue when i created this topic. I have deleted the plugin after creating the topic and since you have replied back, i just tried again and everything seems to work.

    Anyway, thanks for the follow up and i will contact you back if anything occurs regarding this issue.

    Hi @allahou,

    This issue might be related to the cache. Can you please deactivate any cache plugin that might be activated on your website and tell us if this issue is solved?
