Issue with Variable products

I’ve added ATUM to our site and everything is fine when working with simple products, but our variable products are messed up.

Each variation is being given multiple inventories which have the sku’s for the other variation.

This one is the 8 cm variation for SKU PBA-1001-V-14-10 (it’s actually listed the 10cm one first)

But there is an inventory with PBA-1001-V-14-8 and 4 more inventories (there are only 3 variations of this item).

Then inside the variation for the 10cm version there are a load of inventories…. and inside the 6cm variation.

Can someone please help fix this.
