issue with validation

  • Hi there,
    I have a strange issue. So if the form is completed on the first try then everything seems to work. If the add to cart button is clicked before the required fields are filled in however, the button then just doesn’t work. It also seems to duplicate the fields to under the cart button but with display: none; so they aren’t visible. I believe this might be part of the issue as presumably these duplicate required fields are failing.
    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi,
    Thats strange, in your wp-admin go to Fields Factory -> Settings disable the client side validation, then check again.

    Hi Sark,
    That does work in as much as it then reloads the page and issues the failures at the top of the page so is a good fix temporarily but usability isn’t as good as you then have to re-complete the form if there are any issues. Any idea what might be causing it when client side validation is on?

    Ok, if you have staging ENV, pls share the URL wiht client side validation enabled, I will test it again, also pls disable the wc fields factory plugin anf see if the error still exist, if then it maight caused by some other modules.

    Hello, Sark @sarkware! I think that I am having the same situation on my page, when I enable client-side validation:
    https://shop.e-locks.eu/product/product-1/
    If some of the required fields aren’t filled – add to cart button doesn’t work.
