    Hi Folks,
After installing V1.1.11, I have a problem in that while Cloudinary Media Library is functional, I cannot fully open it because the frame on the Cloudinary/ Media Library page is fixed to the top when the browser page is full.
There is a tiny scroll bar on the right which is operational, but the bottom of the frame cannot be lowered to view frame contents. See image 1.
If I 1/2 close the browser page (vertically) the Library frame pops 1/2 open but is too small to work meaningfully. If I drag the page back to full height, the frame closes instantly back to image 1 condition. See image 2.
It works okay on post edit.
    This is not normal…..
I reinstalled the previous version 1.1.11 and all works well again.
If you need more information, please advise.
    Regards and thanks,
    Angus

    Hi,

As there are a plethora of 3rd party plugins and themes, there may be some cases where other themes/plugins collide with our plugin’s functionality. Also, note that our plugin was designed to work with posts/pages. While 3rd party themes, may sometimes work, Cloudinary’s plugin wasn’t designed for that, and therefore it may not support them.

I’m happy to hear that re-installing the plugin helped.
Please feel free to open a ticket and we can try to help with your environment.

    Thanks,

    Dear @shirlycloudinary
    Thanks.
However, with a clean version of WP Twenty Ninteen and no plugins activated, I still get the same results – i.e. I cannot use the Cloudinary iframe on your plugin.
Thanks for your offer to open a ticket, but I just have no energy to deal with that at the moment. Perhaps later if I need to use it…
    Regards and thanks,
    Angus
