Issue with User Photos and Group Photos Extensions

    Hi, I’m facing an issue with both the ProfileGrid User Photos and Group Photos extensions. When I try to upload a user photo or a group photo, the upload process gets stuck at “Uploading…” and never completes. The image does appear in the Media Library in the backend, but it doesn’t show on the frontend. The upload status remains stuck as “Uploading…”

    Hello @jurka,

    It seems like the issue is specific to your site, where one of the existing plugins on the site could be conflicting with ProfileGrid. Could you please check it after deactivating all other plugins on the site, except for ProfileGrid? Then check if the issue is still there.? ?

    In case the issue is resolved after deactivating all other plugins, you’ll have to find which plugin is conflicting with ProfileGrid and keep it deactivated. You can check this by activating the plugins one by one and recreating the issue in ProfileGrid with each activation.

    I’ve followed the troubleshooting steps you suggested, deactivating all plugins except for ProfileGrid, clearing all caches, and testing again. However, the issue persists.

    Hi Support,

    I noticed that this thread has been marked as resolved, but the issue is still present. I have provided temporary admin access as requested, but I have not yet received any updates on the investigation or a solution.

    Please confirm if you have accessed the site and if any steps have been taken to resolve the issue. I would appreciate an update on the progress.
